We stand behind our products and will replace or repair (without charge) the odd pesky product, or, if you are not completely satisfied, will refund upon return of product within a reasonable time span, usually a month.
Weather instruments carry a 1-year warranty. We service some products or otherwise can refer you to a servicing agent. More complex instruments sometimes break certain parts or modules - we can replace these without charge within the warranty period .
Some weather instruments have a tricky setup phase and for many manufacturers English is a second language so sometimes the manual is confusing too. Call or email us in these cases as we are often able to offer a quick solution for setup problems.
We guarantee your privacy when you buy from us. We do not supply client names or contacts to anyone else. Our website automatically deletes credit card details after they have been accessed for a transaction, and we do not keep credit card numbers in any event.
Prices do move up and down with the NZ dollar, as most products are imported, so landed prices vary from one delivery to the next. But we stand by the prices currently quoted on the website and will never charge more.
Our Stock Levels
Stock levels however vary day-to-day. There can be "runs" on some products, especially in the season. If an ordered product is out of stock we will reply-email you within 24 hours giving an estimated time for its return to stock. However if it's displayed on the website it should be in stock.
For delivery issues, see our "Delivery Details" page. Delivery should occur within a week of confirmation of order - if not, call us and we'll trace it. Freight charges will never be higher than quoted.
